Our group presence on social media has being great. We have taken nothing and turned it into something significant however things have changed and we continue to grow.
Our community experience was the very best couple of years ago. Everyday engagement was incredible. On our social networking sites, people were answering questions and starting great discussions.
All that had to be done was facilitate the overall operation brilliantly.
Now just every where you go on social media, especially LinkedIn Groups is just an endless list of post after post by thousands without much of a sense of community discussion.
Today Founders Under 40 Group face the reality that these entities like LinkedIn & Facebook & Twitter can not help us achieve the quality standards we strive to uphold. Everyday people try to share content which are irrelevant or doesn’t align with our purpose. Express themselves without weighing how’s this helpful.
Our thirty thousands members loyalty and participation is greatly appreciated however we need to build trust through behaviors. Our own much private community needs to represent the higher standard without the garbage.
And our behaviors and members behaviors should be based on clear principles. We needed a clear quick reference material to guide how Founders Under 40 Group operates.
We have taking the time to create this visual manifesto and remind everyone what we stand for and they should stand for.
Basic Outline
First, we don’t get up every morning for your individual dreams. We get up because of the screams in the world that keeps us up at night.
Second, We don’t give a shit if you can turn paper to gold. Or you have an app that wipes people’s ass
Third, achieving greatness, encouraging greatness, and belonging to greatness are what matters to us. The positive impact of yours and ours.
Fourth, Our values are universal so if you think LGBTA or women or minorities are less forms of humans then please stay the fuck away.
Fifth, This is not really about one individual's platform to broadcast his or her services or products or expertise. We are about unifying to achieve something larger than one man or woman.
Sixth, Preference is shown to founder(s) and individual with past founder(s) roles
Seventh, We are not a fucking charity.
